EdChoice Scholarship
The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program is a state managed program that provides scholarships to K-12 students to attend participating private schools. Every Ohio K-12 student is eligible to apply. Over 85% of our students participate in the program.
The scholarship amount is $6166 for grades K–8 and $8408 for grades 9-12. Students can renew each year until they complete high school.
WAYS TO QUALIFY
Option 1: Traditional (School-based)
Student's qualify when their assigned public school is on the EdChoice designated school list (select correct school year from tabs)
Option 2: Expansion (Income-based)
All Ohio K-12 students are eligible to apply regardless of household income. Expansion scholarships are awarded based on the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of a family’s household. If a family’s household income is at or below 450 percent of the Federal Poverty Level, they will be awarded the maximum scholarship amount. If a family’s household income is above 450 percent, the student’s scholarship award will be prorated based on the chart found under EdChoice Expansion Resources
