Thank you Pastor Doug McCoy for speaking in the K-7th grade chapel today. Old Native American worry stone has a lot of pain and worry in it. It was used to remind us of another stone. A stone set up to remember us “thus for the Lord has rescued us.” The Ebenezer stone is called a help stone. The Lord has been a help to us from back when all the way to today. It also helps us to think about tomorrow. If God has been a helper in the past, then God will be a helper in the future.
1 Samuel 7:12

Day 2 of Trip included a visit to the Capitol Building, US Library of Congress, Holocaust Memorial Museum, & the Lincoln, Vietnam, & Korean Memorials. Our evening devotions included the reminder that, "You'll never look into the eyes of anyone for whom Christ did not die."
