Chapel Tuesday! ⛪️
Mrs. Jameson spoke this morning about the importance of thinking God's thoughts. Philippians 4:8 reminds us that we are to think about whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. She shared all about the human brain, the amazing things it can do, and how it uses neurons to send messages all over the body, which creates connections. The girls volleyball team used yarn to demonstrated how neural pathways can form with repeated thought patterns, both positive...and negative. If we get stuck in "Stinkin' Thinkin" we can remember that Romans 12:2 tells us to not be like the people of this world, but to let God change the way we think.
This past Tuesday, Fruit of the Spirit award recipients were recognized for demonstrating Love. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” Gal. 5:22-23

We kicked off our first chapel of the school year with an awesome time of worship followed by a message from our Head of School, Mr. Jameson, about leadership.

8th Grade Etiquette Lunch 2025
5th grade classes visited Battelle-Darby Creek Metro Park for hiking and lunch and then toured the SWACO landfill in southern Franklin County. Students learned about the importance of recycling and got an up-close look on top of the landfill.
